Strategies for Goal Setting
WORKSHOP SUMMARY
A vision board is a useful visualization tool for providing clarity in goal achievement and shifts the mindset into a growth mode. This workshop takes the ideas, goals, and visions of the future and "puts it on paper" so that its users can manifest success easier and with more motivation. Attendees are required to bring their own devices, such as laptop, iPad, tablet, or mobile device to create their digital vision boards using free software, stock photos and more!
Participants will discover how software can assist them in creating a personalized vision board aligned with their desired goals. The software for iPads, tablets, and mobile devices is available for free. Images can be personal to the participant of free
downloads.

Nicole currently holds the position of Operations Director at We Code KC, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating students and young adults in technology and computer science. Previously, while working within the electric utility and construction sectors, Nicole has continuously delivered successful projects, encompassing various organizations including generation and boiler maintenance, supply chain, warranty and vendor management, customer information systems, and DevOps custom software development.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University, a Master's in Business Administration from Rasmussen University, and possesses certifications as a Project Management Professional and a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
