Zac's research interests include gamification, project management, innovation, and generations at work. He holds eight project management and quality certifications including: PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, CQIA, CQPA, CSSGB, CMQ/OE, and CSSBB. A lot of organizations and teams are striving to become agile but might not have the right tools for it. There are a lot of different agile methodologies and sometimes people can get lost trying to understand what they need to keep their project moving. This session will provide an overview of agile, examine several common tools used by agile teams, and share lessons learned.
