RefineM’s Microsoft Project Essentials course is designed to introduce you to basic elements of Microsoft Project. This course consists of two sessions and provides an overview of what you need to begin creating and tracking projects. Topics include navigating the interface, working with project views, creating and updating tasks, performing resource management, and finalizing the project schedule.

Course Objectives: After completing the course, you will be able to:

• Develop project schedules for small- to medium-size projects.
• Work with different views and switching between different views.
• Create, modify, rearrange, and format tasks.
• Manage resources for the project.
