Matt Killion

Area Engineer

Department of Transportation

Matt is MoDOT’s Area Engineer for Jackson and Cass Counties. As Area Engineer, Matt is responsible for coordinating all MoDOT activities in in the area and works closely with cities, counties and other transportation partners to deliver transportation solutions and improvements. Matt joined the Department in 1999, and has held leadership positions in the Traffic, Construction and Materials Divisions.
