Speakers Bio:
Maureen Schwartz is a Group Manager for Consumer Servicing at Commerce Bank. Maureen oversees several teams, including a Consumer Strategic Services Project Management Office. Maureen has been at Commerce Bank for 20 years, working in various aspects of Project Management for most of her tenure.
Lisa Potter is the Enterprise PMO Director at Oracle Cerner. Lisa works with several PMO teams to drive PM best practices and provide PM consultation. She leads the PM Community of Practice consisting of 1800+ PM associates. Lisa also leads the program mgmt. team for the Integration Management Office. Lisa has over 25 years of experience previously working at Accenture and Freightquote.
