Bio:
Rick Walker is an experienced Human Resources Manager supporting all aspects of Burns & McDonnell's corporate and regional office human resources needs. He has worked at Burns & McDonnell for over 15 years and has over 17 years in the HR industry. His specialties are human resources experience ranging from consulting in employee relations, DEI, talent development, recruitment, benefits, and human resources training. My career experiences have comprehensively dealt with all types of human resources consulting activities within Missouri, Illinois, Georgia, New Jersey, Florida, and Minnesota. Today, Rick serves on three boards: SHRM-KC, the LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and the AIDS Service Foundation of Kansas City.
Rick will focus on being authentic in the workplace and the importance of "being you."
