Dan Goodwin CMM 20230109Dan is the founder of CYA Consulting and leverages 30-plus years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience for his clients. Dan's unique approach to research, engagement and investigative technique serves him well as he draws upon the thousands of interviews he completed over his corporate and entrepreneur life. Trained in interrogation and interview techniques, Dan uses his skills and expertise to assist his clients to examine all available information to make the best possible decisions in the present moment. Dan believes everyone can improve their skills in research, interviews, and better business decisions by preparing and being armed with a structured method to obtain information.

Description:
Attendees will be able to learn how they process information for themselves and how to recognize patterns in those they work with. We will learn why people ask questions and why they won't/don't/or can't ask questions. We will review how to set the stage for productive and revealing conversations and negotiations. The use of sales, psychological, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) will be reviewed as another avenue by which to obtain insights in the client and their desires.
