Being a project manager, one has to work with management, vendors, and teams.  How can a project manager lead projects successfully among the complexity of teams/politics?

Bio: 

  • Wendy Connelly, MDiv, BSEd, Certified PM, is the Project Manager at Tria Health and specializes in leading cross-collaborative teams, scale strategy, process improvements, and PMO development. Wendy is also a certified Science of Happiness Specialist through Hapacus, and has led speaking engagements, workshops, and retreats and provided private coaching for women business leaders on the science of happiness at work. Wendy has worked on a wide range of projects, from managing clinical research trials at Duke University to community outreach initiatives for non-profits, and recently spearheaded the REDCap Covid response project for contact tracers and case investigators for her county at the height of the pandemic. Today, Wendy's projects touch upon nearly every department at Tria Health, a company committed to improving the quality and affordability of health care through innovative Chronic Condition Management.
