- Zac Jarrard is the fearless gaming leader with Jarrard Consulting, LLC. He has over twenty years of experience playing video games, leading multi-generational teams, and delivering project results. Zac's research interests include gamification, project management, innovation, and generations at work. He holds eight project management and quality certifications including: PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, CQIA, CQPA, CSSGB, CMQ/OE, and CSSBB. Outside of work, Zac is an Eagle Scout and active in the American Society for Quality as Chair of the Kansas City section.

A lot of organizations and teams are striving to become agile but might not have the right tools for it. There are a lot of different agile methodologies and sometimes people can get lost trying to understand what they need to keep their project moving. This session will provide an overview of agile, examine several common tools used by agile teams, and share lessons learned.
