Bio:
Yengyee is the President and CEO of Faithful Consulting, a workplace social change company focused on delivering impactful culture transformation through assessments, coaching, training, consulting, and Sage Assistants. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership, training, team building, group facilitation, strategic planning, coaching, counseling, assessments, process improvement, and management. Yengyee has been recognized for her leadership and coaching contribution by receiving the Margaret Ashida Leadership Award in 2021 and Influential Coach of the Year in 2022. Additionally, Faithful Consulting was recognized in 2021 as the First Runner Up for Small Size Outstanding Minority-Owned Business.
Yengyee has an ABD in Organizational Psychology, MA in Counseling, and a BA in Social Work. She is certified in Hogan, DISC, DEI, Strategic Workforce Planning, Prosci Change Management, Professional Certified Coach, Project Management, Mentor Coach, and Nonprofit Consulting. Yengyee has extensive work experience with nonprofit organizations, government, health care, higher education institutions, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and manufacturing.
Yengyee established the Project Leading Lady in 2016, which helps one woman (or man) a year become their best version. She is passionate about community work and serves on the International Coach Federation-Wisconsin Chapter Board of Directors and the Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce.
Description:
This training will provide you with Faithful Consulting's three ingredients to creating and maintaining high-performing accountable teams. The three main design ingredients are: 1) Relationship Design, 2) Workflow Design, and 3) Communication Design. Yengyee will take you through high-level learning of these three components and provide you with tools to assess where your team's accountability is at and how you can empower your team to be accountable with ease.
Learner Outcomes:
- Learn the three ingredients to creating and maintaining a high-performing accountable team (Relationship, Workflow, and Communication).
- Learn ways to quickly diagnose where the accountability issue is (e.g., lack of skill, role clarity, relationship, communication, or workflow).
- Receive a tool to ensure that these three ingredients are designed well to maintain, sustain, and have thriving, high-performing accountable teams.
