December KNX- Prioritizing for Big Wins

Power Skills

Sitting at the very center of the project delivery ecosystem, it's very easy for Project Managers to get overwhelmed by all of the things going on and that could benefit from our attention. When we're overwhelmed, we frequently get feedback that we should be better prioritizing "what's important." The reality is, though, that everything we do is important to someone. In this conversation, we’ll discuss not only how to proactively and dynamically decide how to put your valuable time to its very highest use, but also how to communicate that prioritization to stakeholders and help them understand how your prioritization benefits them and the project as a whole.

Learner Outcomes:
● Learn techniques for identifying the highest use for your time
● Explore communication strategies for aligning your stakeholders around your
● Understand the role effective prioritization plays in your ability to step into a more strategic
leadership role within your organization
● Glean insights from others through the sharing of stories and ideas
