Building Successful Relationships with Product Owner

Power Skills

Project managers understand the importance of stakeholder collaboration for project success. However, it's the relationship with product owners that often proves pivotal. Given their significant influence, product owners can either propel a project forward or bring it to a standstill. This interactive session will explore the underlying reasons behind product owner challenges and provide a forum to exchange experiences and strategies for fostering effective collaboration and rapport with product owners.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the pivotal role of a product owner in steering a project towards success.
  • Examine the underlying factors that may lead to resistance from product owners.
  • Explore strategies to enhance collaboration and rapport with product owners.
