Agile fall is a hybrid methodology that combines the best of both Agile and Waterfall project management approaches. It is designed to help teams manage complex projects by combining the flexibility of Agile with the structure of Waterfall.

Chuck Voyles
Chuck Voyles is a Principle Project Manager at Microsoft Corporation, where he provides delivery excellence services across various domains and industries. He has over 35 years of experience in engineering, operations, and agile project management, with a proven record of delivering successful projects. He is also a certified Agile Coach, OKR Coach, and an expert in Azure DevOps, Agile and Scrum methodologies, and financial management.
Chuck holds a master’s degree in engineering management from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington State University. He also has several professional certifications, including PMP, PMI-ACP, Azure Fundamentals, AI Fundamentals, PSM I, and DevOps Dojo White Belt. He is passionate about learning new technologies and sharing his knowledge and experience with others.
