In an era of economic shifts, political unpredictability, and rapid innovation, project professionals are being called to rise above traditional execution and lead with purpose. This year’s theme, Lead with M.O.R.E.: Owning Success in Times of Uncertainty, is inspired by PMI Global’s 2025 Call to Action, urging our community to go beyond managing projects and take full ownership of project success.

Through this theme, we will explore how to:
