CMM (V) + What are you Waiting For?

Power Skills

The presentation sheds light on what leadership is and why it’s important to have leadership at all levels of an organization. We all have doubts and misperceptions about leadership and the impact one can and should be making from anywhere within the organizations they serve. But why don’t we do this? Some feel they need an office, a title or someone to invest their authority in them before they are granted real authority. We will explore the myths around this and learn that you should be taking a proactive approach to your leadership growth. As one moves through the ranks and up the leadership ladder, leading does not become any easier when in fact the higher you go the fewer rights you have while your responsibilities only increase.
