March CMM (Virtual)

Business Acumen

PMI certifications (PMP, CAPM, etc.) are evolving with the release of PMBOK 8th Edition, which emphasizes value, outcomes, and adaptive practices (Agile/Hybrid), shifting from process-heavy to principles/performance domains, impacting PMP exams with increased focus on Business Environment (AI, Sustainability, Strategy) and new question types.

The new guide simplifies processes (40 instead of 49), renames domains (e.g., Integration to Governance), and focuses on holistic value delivery, influencing future exams through revised Exam Content Outlines (ECOs) with more scenario-based questions.

Come learn about the different types of certifications PMI offers and how to prepare for their respective exams using the PMBOK and other resources.
