Connecting Lean Six Sigma and Project Management

Lean Six Sigma and project management are powerful methodologies on their own—but when brought together, they can deliver even greater results.

In this session, you’ll explore how Lean Six Sigma helps teams reduce waste, improve quality, and create more efficient products, processes, and services.

You’ll also discover the natural connections between Lean Six Sigma and project management and learn practical ways to apply LSS principles and tools to strengthen project outcomes.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma
  • Compare Lean Six Sigma and project management
  • Recognize how project management supports Lean Six Sigma initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to apply Lean Six Sigma tools and principles within their own projects
