Adam is a PMP-certified Project Manager with over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams through complex IT, service delivery, and application development projects. His journey started in the trenches, working as a technician, giving him a humble yet strong technical foundation that is carried into every project. Whether hybrid, remote, or onsite, he has consistently delivered results in roles that span service delivery, application development, application onboarding, marketing automation integration, and data infrastructure projects. He thrive in fast-paced environments where communication, clarity, and execution make or break success. His approach blends technical know-how with relationship-driven leadership thru leading with transparency, accountability, and a bias for action.
