Translating 5S into Action

Business Acumen

Join us for an interactive Lunch-n-Learn exploring 5S, a foundational Lean methodology designed to create organized, efficient, and sustainable work environments. In this session, we will walk through the five principles — Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain — and discuss how they can be applied beyond manufacturing to improve knowledge management, digital organization, and everyday project workflows. Participants will learn how small improvements in organization and visual management can reduce waste, increase clarity, and support continuous improvement across teams and projects.
