Product Thinking for What Comes Next: Moving Beyond Organizations Built for Yesterday

Product Thinking is often presented as a way to connect work to meaningful outcomes, but its greater value may lie in helping organizations adapt to change. Many organizations still rely on management practices built for a slower, more predictable world. As AI accelerates the speed and scale of creation, delivery, and decision-making, that gap is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore.

In this webinar, Roy Schilling explores how Product Thinking can help organizations become more adaptable by shifting the focus from outputs to outcomes, making trade-offs more transparent, and using evidence and feedback to improve decisions. The goal is not simply to move faster. It is to create an organization that can continuously learn, adapt, and thrive in a changing environment.

Who Should Attend

  • Leaders and managers
  • Project, program, and portfolio professionals
  • Product and delivery practitioners
  • Organizational change professionals
  • Anyone interested in improving organizational adaptability through Product Thinking

What You Will Learn

At the end of this program, you will be able to:

  • Use Product Thinking to connect work, decisions, and learning to the outcomes that matter
  • Identify assumptions and management habits that make adaptation more difficult as conditions change
  • Explain why AI raises the stakes by increasing the cost of weak priorities, poor context, and slow decisions
  • Design conditions that enable the organization to learn, adjust, and redirect as the environment changes
