This presentation examines the Agile Enterprise and the ethical foundations that underpin PMI certifications, especially the PMP. It begins by framing agility as an enterprise level capability driven by continuous change, rapid response, and empowered teams. It then connects these principles to PMI’s Code of Ethics emphasizing that certification holders commit to these standards from the moment they apply. As the slides state, “Violating the Code is violating the credential itself.” The PMI credentials rely on truthful experience claims, genuine education, and ethical exam behavior. The presentation contains information about PMI audits exam goals and details common fraud patterns. It contrasts the “Path of Integrity” with the “Path of Fraud,” stressing that unethical shortcuts harm employers, devalue the credential, and expose candidates to Ethics Review Committee sanctions. The webinar is based on the author's experience with PMI and non-PMI certifications and exam questions development and it will conclude with a Q&A session.
